My name is Linda Paul, PharmD, BCPS
With over a decade of experience across hospitals, home infusion pharmacy, transitional care programs, and long-term care settings, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful and how complex medications can be. My career has taken me from leading a home infusion pharmacy team, to guiding transitional care for multiple hospitals, to supporting infectious disease specialists and anticoagulation clinics. In every role, my focus has been the same: ensuring patients receive safe, effective, and personalized medication therapy.
